• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

• Country refers to: Maharashtra, India
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cell phone or digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not create accounts for other people or use another person's account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Crushr for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive profile information
• Upload photos that are obscene, violent, or infringe on others' rights
• Use the app to spam, scam, or solicit other users
• Create multiple accounts
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Crushr (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant Crushr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing our services.

Safety

Crushr is not responsible for the behavior of its users. You interact with other users at your own risk. We encourage you to exercise caution and meet in public places when meeting someone from the app for the first time.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

"AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

The laws of Maharashtra, India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
