Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Plans
Crushr offers two paid subscription tiers:

2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the Crushr app under Profile → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscribed features until that date.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued.
- Technical failure: If a payment was successfully deducted but your subscription was not activated due to a verified technical failure on our end, a full refund will be issued.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made without your knowledge or consent and you report it promptly, we will review and process a refund if the claim is valid.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge date to be eligible. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining in a billing cycle.
4. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, email us at mr.hariomchaudhary@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address on Crushr
- Date of the transaction
- Amount charged
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot or proof of payment (if available)
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and inform you of the outcome.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us directly at mr.hariomchaudhary@gmail.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.
6. Changes to This Policy
Crushr reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
